Oregon Wine: King Estate Week ~Experience Oregon at Four Seasons~

This spring, enjoy Oregon wines and cuisines in “King Estate Week” at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi, as ekki BAR & GRILL hosts Executive Chef Michael Landsberg from the King Estate restaurant in Oregon, USA from April 20 to April 25, 2012. During this week, Chef Landsberg will present the best matching cuisines with the wines selected from King Estate. King Estate is a winery located in Loren Valley where the production is famous for Pinot Noir.

The area is known as a leader of the wine making world and King Estate practices the organic farming techniques which make the elegant and fresh tasting wines. The estate’s world class cuisine program created especially for their wines are very precise as well as innovative and the restaurant receives applauses from the wine lovers. So for 6 days only, the King Estate will be duplicated here at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi during the “King Estate Week.” Also, for the cooking lovers, a special cooking class will be held by Chef Landsberg and guests will learn the signature dishes of King Estate directly from the master chef himself.
